How to Manage Company Stamps

You can store electronic stamps in ConDoc for stamping PDF documents.

*Note: You must be a Company Admin to upload/edit a company stamp.

Step One

Navigate to the Company Admin tab

Step Two

Click on the Manage Company Stamps button

Step Three

To create a new one, click on the blue Add New button. From there, this screen will pop up. Fill out your stamp name. You can choose if you would like a Date Stamp included. Select your stamp image or drag and drop it onto the screen. Click on Done to save your changes.
