1. Navigate to Field > Checklists
2. Click on the blue plus button in the bottom right hand corner and select your checklist
3. Select your status and fill out the information if necessary. Any field with a failed status will require a note.
You can add photos/vidies by clicking on the blue Add button.
Once you are finished, you can either click on Save to save your work or Complete to complete the checklist
