Sometimes a user will chose the wrong permission for photo selection because Apple does not word things very well. This will cause existing photos not to show as available when they try and add them through the ConDoc app. These are the steps they need to take to allow access:
Open the settings
In settings, scroll the left panel all the way down and find ConDoc
Select the ‘Photos’ permission
Set the permission to ‘All Photos’
