My Company Was Invited to ConDoc. What’s Next?

Welcome to the ConDoc family! We’re happy to help you get started in ConDoc. If this is your first time using ConDoc, there are a few things that you will need to do to set up your account.

Step 1: Locate your Company Invitation Email

Your invitation email will come from the ConDoc application, and it will identify the company that invited you to ConDoc and the name of the project you were invited to.

The email typically takes no more than 15 minutes to arrive.

What if you don’t receive an email? There are a few common problems to look out for:

  • The email might arrive in your spam or junk mail folder. Be sure to check for it there.
  • If you don’t receive an email, verify that the email was sent to the correct email address (check for spelling). The company that invited you can verify that they sent it to your email address.

Step 2: Let’s Get Started! Setting up Your Company

Note: The email invitation to ConDoc cannot be forwarded, so you will need to do this step from your own email account.

  • From an internet enabled device, click the yellow Let’s get started! link in the email.
  • Fill out the information requested on the Register with ConDoc form.  

  • Enter your first and last name. Enter the email address where you received the invitation (you will be able to change this later).
  • Click Next. 
  • Enter the detais for your company's headquarters.

  • Click Finish.
  • If these steps are completed correctly, you will receive a confirmation that your company has been added. 


 

Click Finish and Close.

You can expect an email to arrive at the email address you used in less than 15 minutes. The email will include your user name and a temporary password. 

Step 3: Set Up Your Personal Account

Your invitation email will come from donotreply@condoc.com.  

The email typically takes no more than 15 minutes to arrive. Click the Click Here to Login link in the email. Enter your email and the password from the email on the login screen. If you need additional assistance logging in for the first time, see Accessing ConDoc for the First Time.  

What if you don’t receive an email? There are a few common problems to look out for:

  • The email might arrive in your spam or junk mail folder. Be sure to check for it there.
  •  If you don’t receive an email, verify that the email was sent to the right address. 
  • Finally, you can always contact us for support at 1-800-715-1809 or support@condoc.com.

Next Steps:

  • Bookmark the login page on your browser so you can easily find it in the future.
  • Since you are the first person from your company to be added to ConDoc, you will be the Company Admin and Project Admin for your Company.
  • As your Company's Admin, you will be able to:
    • Add other employees from your company to ConDoc
    • Manage your company's employees
    • Assign/remove Admin permissions to other people from your company
  • As your company's Project Admin, you will be able to:
    • Add/remove other people from your company to the project
    • Assign/remove Project Admin permissions, for this project, to other people in your company
